Easily spotted adorned in purple throughout the Village, our Village Crew are a handpicked team of friendly, multilingual Beijing veterans. They are ready, willing and able to help you in any way they can.

Not only your first port of call for advice, directions or general enquiries, we offer a number of useful services to all our visitors, guaranteeing a unique and carefree experience. These include battery charging for your mobile phones, wheelchair hire for those with mobility difficulties, and we will even loan you an umbrella if the heavens open – all complimentary, that's what we're here for!
