We take our name from the guest house which sits on the opposite side of a traditional courtyard style home. It's also a name that suggests a place of contrast. So at The Opposite House you'll find an extraordinary mix of old and new. The design and styling is unlike anything you will have seen.

 

The Rooms

The Opposite House has 98 contemporary Studios and a stunning Penthouse on two floors. Striking open designs, high ceilings and plentiful natural light evoke the feeling of spacious loft living. While the abundant use of wood throughout and underfloor heating adds warmth and natural comfort. All Studios feature spa-inspired bathrooms with luxurious deep soaking oak bathtubs and invigorating rain showers.
